Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 18.12.2023, the petitioner had surrendered before the Trial Court and has been released on regular bail. 2.

In view of the aforestated position, no further directions are required to be issued in the present case.

It is, however, directed that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Trial Court regularly. It shall also be open to the Trial Court to impose any such additional condition, if deemed necessary, for ensuring regular presence of the petitioner.
