Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of the order dated 15.12.2020 showing that the entire interest amount for the delayed pensionary benefits has been paid. In view of the above, contempt petition is dismissed. However, if there is any discrepancy, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh representation, which shall be decided forthwith, in accordance with law.
