The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.200 dated 16.09.2020 registered under Sections 302, 324, 380, 148, 149, 323, 452, 506 at Police Station Ateli, District Mahendergarh.
Briefly stated, the case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who was having strained relations with the complainant's family, on 15.09.2020 at about 12 noon, armed and with co-accused, broke into the complainant's house and attacked the complainant's family including her son- Monu who received multiple injuries and succumbed to them in the hospital.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case due to strained relations between the petitioner's and the complainant's family.

CRM-M-41780-2020 The petitioner, due to strained relations between him and the complainant's family, after trespassing into the complainant's house, is allegedly the main accused in the murder of the complainant's son-Monu. In view of the serious crime the petitioner is alleged of his custodial interrogation is considered necessary. Dismissed.
