Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection if petitioner is allowed to attend the marriage in custody, subject to payment of requisite charges for police escort and police van. 3.

In view of statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner be allowed to attend marriage of his nephew namely Arun Kumar scheduled to be solemnized on 02.07.2026. 4.
