(Oral) The prayer in this petition is for directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to fairly investigate the FIR No.232 dated 04.09.2020 under Sections 307, 323, 34 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered with Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1). The learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh submits that the challan has been submitted on 21.07.2021 before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patti and the case is now fixed for framing of the charges.
