Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present petition, the petitioners are claiming the benefit of full pension of 25 years of service which is not being granted to them, which act on the part of the respondents is arbitrary. Learned counsel submits that the grievance raised in the present petition has already been raised in legal notice dated 12.02.2024, copy of which has been appended herein as Annexure P-5. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners will be satisfied in case a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound



  manner.
