The present appeal is against the judgment dated 7.1.2016 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr.Div.), Dasuya whereby the petition under Section 12 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 to declare Gurpreet Kaur, respondent herein, as lawful guardian of minor Aadil Bhatt and custody of the minor Aadil Bhatt was allowed.

Counsel appearing on either side states that the dispute between the parties for custody of the child has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. It was stated that settlement agreement dated 28.3.2017 has been arrived between the parties. 3.

Accordingly, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the parties that the present appeal be disposed of as infructuous. 4.
