***** KIRTI SINGH, J. (Oral) The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been invoked for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0041 dated 18.04.2024, under Sections 379-B, 341, 323, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a copy of order dated 13.09.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Barnala vide which the petitioner has been acquitted, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. 3.

The learned State counsel has not disputed the factum qua acquittal of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as, having been rendered infructuous.
