(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.332 dated 06.12.2020, under Sections 363, 366, 372, 373, 120-B and 376-D IPC, Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and under Sections 3/4 (2)(A)/5 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956, registered at Police Station Dina Nagar, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 22.8.2023 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
