*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time and on realizing that the application under Section 3H (4) of the National Highways Act, 1956, has been submitted only on 12.10.2021, prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the representation which has wrongly been made.
