(ORAL) The present peƟƟon has been filed under SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direcƟons to respondent No. 2 and 3 to take appropriate legal acƟon in the FIR No. 372 dated 14.10.2021 under SecƟons 302, 34 IPC registered at Police StaƟon Safidon, District Jind against the accused.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that the invesƟgaƟon is unnecessarily being delayed. He further submits that he would be contended and saƟsfied in case direcƟon be issued to the respondents to complete the invesƟgaƟon in a Ɵme bound manner.
