The petitioner complains that the order dated 09.11.2020, passed by the High Court has not been complied with. The petitioner prays for initiation of the proceedings under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India. On 09.11.2020, while disposing of the Civil Writ Petition No. 13352 of 2020, the competent authority was directed to decide a notice dated 15.04.2019, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. 2.

In the written statement, it has been pointed out that the matter has been decided by a speaking order, passed on 17.12.2021. A copy whereof is attached as Annexure R1. The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that he has not been supplied with a copy of the said order.

Be that as it may. Once, the order is passed, the contempt petition is disposed of, while requesting Mr. Kanisht Ganeriwala, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, to send a copy of the order dated 17.12.2021, through e-mail to the learned counsel representing the petitioner, within 48 hours, positively.
