**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No. 88, dated 02.07.2019, under Sections 323, 406, 498-A IPC, registered at Women Police Station Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 29th August, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Saraswati, further states that the petitioners were found innocent during investigation conducted by the DSP, Women Cell, Panchkula, therefore, the petitioners are no longer required for further interrogation.
