***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant family pension along with interest @ 18% per annum on account of death of her husband-Sukhdev Singh Constable, while on duty. And further to count the daily wage service of her husband towards qualifying service more than 15 years as well as to release the gratuity along with interest @ 18% per annum. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent(s) to decide the case of the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent(s) to further consider the case of the petitioner unfolded in her representations dated Sonika 2018.01.16 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
