Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to register an FIR. As per the provisions of Section 156 Cr.P.C. and the view taken by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. & Others 2008(1) RCR (Criminal) 392, present petition for registration of FIR is not maintainable and petition to that extent stands dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he restricts his prayer to the point that petitioner made representation dated 01.10.2018 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda and the same has not been looked into by now. Notice of motion.
