Prayer in the present writ petition is for grant of minimum of the regular pay scale as per notification dated 3.11.2017 (Annexure P-7) to the petitioner.

Taking into account the direction issued in identical case in CWP No.18706 of 2018 titled as Vikram Singh vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 16.8.2018, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the claim of the petitioner as per the judgment rendered by Hon'ble the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.213 of 2013 titled as State of Punjab vs. Jagjit Singh, decided on 26.10.2016 and instructions dated 20.4.2018 (Annexure P-11) for grant of minimum pay scale in case the petitioner is at par with other employees. The present writ petition filed by the petitioner be treated as a representation.
