The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for granting concession of interim regular bail on medical grounds (Annexure P-2) to the petitioner for a period of 12 weeks in case bearing FIR No.130 dated 25.05.2025 under Sections 22/27-B/29 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station City South, Moga. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
