**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has filed by the petitioner with the claim that he retired from service on 30.04.2007. After his retirement, the recommendation of 6th Pay Commission was implemented with retrospective effect from 01.01.2006 and the benefit of the same was not granted to the petitioner and the pay & pension of the petitioner has not been re-fixed due to which the petitioner is incurring financial loss every month.

Counsel for the petitioner further states that for the relief which has been claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has given the representations dated 15.06.2010 and 20.01.2015 (Annexures P-6 and P-7) respectively, which are still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a NARESH KUMAR 2018.12.01 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-30113-2018 -2time bound direction is given to the respondents to decide the said representations.

In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the claim made by the petitioner in the representations dated 15.06.2010 and 20.01.2015 (Annexures P-6 and P-7) respectively, by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case after the decision, it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit, the same shall also be released to him within a period of next three months.

Present writ petition stands disposed of.
