[2] This petition is filed seeking issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to add offences under Sections 354, 354-A, 354D, 391, 392 and 506 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and to arrest all the accused. Further prayer is for issuance of directions to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. [3] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.
