RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing the inquiry proceedings into Complaint No.130/2018-Ludhiana being conducted vide letter bearing No.224/EOW/VB/Ludhiana, dated 25.07.2023, Annexure P-6 and which has been issued in pursuance to previous letter dated 09.05.2022, (Annexure P-14) by respondent No.5 and all the subsequent proceedings arising out of the same. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
