3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The instant appeal has been filed alongwith an application for condonation of delay of 352 days. The order dated 13.02.2015 passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Gurgaon is in a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 whereby the parties dissolved their marriage by mutual consent on the terms and conditions mentioned therein. Since the appellant agreed to the visitation rights given to the respondent to meet their minor son, the difficulty, if any, experienced in complying with that condition can be considered by the Family Court only. No appeal against the consent order is maintainable.
