   Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 205 dated 24.12.2019, registered under Section 302 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Sadar, District Jalandhar. After arguing for some time, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was registered way back on 24.12.2019 and charges were framed on 23.11.2020, but till date, no prosecution witnesses has been examined. He restricts his prayer to the extent to issue directions to the learned trial Court to examine the complainant at the earliest. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to make an endeavour to examine the complainant on the next date of hearing or any other date convenient to it.
