Present appeal has been filed by the claimants. Though vide order dated 08.07.2025 the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, however, learned counsel for respondent No.3 and respondent No.1, appearing in person, have informed the Court that in the execution petition the matter was taken up by the National Lok Adalat and a compromise was effected between respondent No.1 herein and the claimantappellants and an amount of ₹3,00,000/- was paid to the claimant-appellants as full and final settlement and accordingly the execution was dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. On the basis of settlement, respondent No.1 had also withdrawn his appeal being FAO-3106-2022 on 12.12.2022.
