(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 338 dated 26.07.2022 registered under Sections 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that pursuant to the order dated 14.09.2022 the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 14.09.
