On the asking of court, Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice. He submits that in case any such application is pending, same shall be decided by the concerned authority after examining its maintainability within two months.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
