NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Appellants have filed this appeal for enhancement. While praying for enhancement, learned counsel submitted that even though it is recorded that the deceased must be earning an handsome amount, only `8,000/- per month has been assessed as his income, whereas it should have been `15,000/-. However, there is nothing on record to enable this Court to assess the income of the deceased and in the absence of any evidence qua same, the earning having been assessed @ `8,000/- per month, cannot be interfered with.

Dismissed.
