Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of notice dated 16.11.2018 calling the candidates for interview/viva voice for the post of PGT (Chemistry) category No. 2 issued by the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

On notice of the petition, learned State counsel has filed reply in the Court today and the same is taken on record. As per reply, petitioner applied for the post in question and was issued Roll No. 40202632 under General Category. The Commission then called the candidates for interview and the petitioner was provisionally interview in order to avoid litigation, as the last candidate who was called for interview secured 110 marks. The final result has already been declared on 27.12.2018. Learned State counsel has brought the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, which has been opened by Reader of this Court. CWP No. 30170-2018 marks for experience and 15 marks in viva voice (total 121 marks) and the last candidate who has been selected in the General category secured 138 marks.

In view of the above factual position, the present petition stands dismissed.
