RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and to restrain the private respondent Nos.4 to 7 not to harass or interefere in the peaceful married life of the petitioner. It is also prayed that respondent Nos.2 and 3 be directed to properly investigate in a fair and just manner the case FIR No.09, dated 14.02.2020, under Sections 323, 498-A, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, Bahadurgarh District Jhajjar. It is further prayed to direct respondent No.2 for taking appropriate action against respondent Nos.4 to 7 on the allegations levelled by the petitioner and decide her representation dated 03.09.2022, Annexure P1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 03.09.2022, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner.

In view of the prayer made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar, District Jhajjar, to look into the representation, dated 03.09.2022, Annexure P-1 and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from today.
