(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Illaqa Magistrate concerned, so as to move an application under Section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for redressal of her grievances.
