PARMOD GOYAL, J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present criminal writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate authorities in accordance with law for registration of case against respondent Nos.5 & 6.

It is the case of petitioner that respondent Nos.5 & 6 who happens to be husband and son of petitioner, had caused injuries. However, despite having being injured, no action was taken by police. In view of allegations against respondent Nos.5 & 6, present criminal writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to seek appropriate remedies by approaching police authorities as well as Court for registration of FIR/for filing criminal complaint.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.
