CRM-20877-2021 For the reasons mentioned in the application for withdrawal of the main case, the same is allowed. Main case is taken up on Board today itself.

CRM-M-41822-2020 Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0082, dated 22.05.2017, under Sections 376, 376-D IPC, registered at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar Rural.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the above application, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
