The present IOIN has been put up by the Registry for service of the respondents as their correct address was not furnished. Since none had appeared on behalf of the appellant, notice was issued to him. As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has since been received back unserved with the report that he has left the given address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service on the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the award passed by the Tribunal and is the same on which the notice was sent. Even the learned counsel for the appellant was also duly informed by the Registry about the date fixed, however, none has put in appearance. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant today despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal.
