(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside impugned order dated 13.03.2018 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.3 whereby punishment of stoppage of four annual increments with cumulative effect, was imposed on the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to take alternative remedy as may be available in accordance with law.
