The petitioners, who claimed themselves to be the proprietors of shamlat land have impugned the Haryana Municipal (Amendment) Act, 1999.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue has already been gone into by a 5-Judge Bench judgment of this Court in Suraj Bhan and others vs State of Haryana and others, 2017(2) RCR (Civil)

934. Hence, the present petition can be disposed of in terms thereof. Ordered accordingly.
