This is a contempt petition filed under section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act for disobeying the order dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents have filed an appeal bearing No.LPA-1989-2025 against the judgment dated 04.10.2024 passed in the case of Shyam Sunder and others vs. State of Haryana and another, CWP-1281-2020, and in the said LPA, the consequential benefits have been ordered to be stayed. It is submitted that the respondents have undertaken to release the amount which is due, other than what has been stayed by the LPA Bench.

Mr. Gobind Sharma, ADA, is present in the Court and submits that the amount which is due to the petitioner other than what has been stayed by the LPA Bench would be released to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in MOHIT GOYAL 2025.07.28 09:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the same, present petition be disposed of at this stage, and liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the case or file a fresh contempt petition after decision of the LPA, in case any such need arises.
