(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.95 dated 09.09.2019, registered under Sections 452, 326, 324, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran.

Short reply by way of an affidavit dated 27.07.2022 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Valtoha Camp, Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Court, is taken on record.

Vide order dated 21.12.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid, the petitioner has joined the investigation. AMAN JAIN 2022.07.29 12:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-46302-2021 (O&M) -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Charanjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 21.12.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
