For reasons mentioned in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the delay of 259 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Application is allowed.

FAO NO.2535 of 2015 Counsel for the parties have fairly submitted that the amount of compensation has been settled by mutual consent and it is agreed that the Insurance Company shall pay another sum of Rs.50,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim.
