Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for anticipatory bail in FIR No.205 dated 28.07.2026, registered under Sections 21/29 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Anti-Narcotics Force, District ANTF SAS Nagar. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that this is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, the first one was dismissed as withdrawn.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
