* * * * As desired by the appellants, learned representative of the Insurance Company has handed over the cheque in the sum of `4,30,000/- (Rupees Four Lac Thirty Thousand Only) bearing No.449291 dated 28.03.2016 favouring Dholi Devi in full & final settlement of the claim of the appellants. The cheque is handed over to the learned counsel for the appellants. The appeal, thus, stands disposed of as settled. Copy of the cheque bearing signatures of learned counsel for the appellants has been retained on the file.

A photocopy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties.
