***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, thereby making prayer for issuance of direction to learned Trial Court, to conclude the trial expeditiously, in a time bound manner, in a case bearing HMA No.142 of 2021 titled as "Mohit v/s khushboo" (Annexure A-1).

Along with the instant revision petition, zimini orders, passed by the Court below have also been annexed and perusal of the same reveals that even though the petitioner, who is husband, had filed the petition for seeking divorce, but however, he is not filing reply to the application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, despite the case, being adjourned repeatedly by Court below.

Considering the aforesaid conduct, no case is made out for issuance of time bound direction to the Court below, when the conduct of the petitioner/husband is such.
