The present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to respondent No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners, which is stated to be under imminent threat at the hands of the private respondents, including their relatives and others, and further seeking a direction restraining the private respondents from interfering in the petitioners' personal life, peaceful living, and liberty.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that at present there is no apprehension of any danger to the life and liberty of the petitioners from the private respondents, as alleged in the petition. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
