**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to release his gratuity, as he worked under the Nigam as LDC from 21.09.2010 to 14.06.2017 on regular basis i.e 06 years and 09 months. The gratuity to the petitioner is admissible under Rule 6.16 (I) of C.S.R Vol II. In this regard, petitioner has given representation dated 04.12.2017 but no action has been taken till date.

Notice of motion .

On asking of the Court, Mr. Jagdish Manchanda, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-Nigam. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned opposite counsel by today itself.
