(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 438 of Cr.P.C.), is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.80 dated 11.04.2026 registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1) and 117(2) (added later on) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 55, 58 and 325 of IPC) at Police Station Chheharta, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars as an inadvertent typographical error has crept into the headnote of the petition.
