(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing FIR No. 0353 dated 19.12.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 452, 323, 324, 341, 506 and 149 IPC at Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to the order dated 29.08.2019 passed by this Court, report from the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, vide letter No. 570 dated 28.11.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide letter No. 921/EC dated 28.11.2019, has already been received.
As per the said report, the compromise effected between the parties appears to be genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or RISHU KATARIA 2022.11.17 10:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
