(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent Nos.6 and 3 for taking appropriate action on the representations dated 25.10.2016 (Annexure P-11) and 28.11.2016 (Annexure P-12) respectively, within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, I direct respondent Nos.6 and 3 to consider the representations dated 25.10.2016 (Annexure P-11) and 28.11.2016 (Annexure P-12) respectively served upon them by the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereon, in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
