Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This revision petition has been filed against order dated 04.08.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Family Court whereby application moved by the petitioner - husband seeking permission to obtain expert opinion after comparison of voice samples of respondent - wife has been declined. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the conversation with respondent - wife, recorded by the petitioner, is relevant for the purpose of proving cruelty before the Family Court. The law is well settled that recording of the conversation by husband without wife's consent amounts of breach of her privacy. No such conversation, clandestinely recorded, can be brought on record to assert any right or to prove a fact before the Family Court.
