(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to enter and sanction the mutation in favour of the petitioner on the basis of sale deed dated 13.01.2022, registered on 12.08.2022 (Annexure P-2).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
