(Oral) Prayer in this criminal writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct a fair, impartial and procedurally compliant investigation in FIR No.344 dated 11.11.2025 registered under Sections 318(4) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 420 and 120-B IPC) at Cyber Crime Central Police Station, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court for the redressal of the grievance raised in the present petition.
