Dated Police Station Sections 01.06.2023 Vigilance Bureau Bathinda, District Bathinda 13(1-A), 13(2), of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 and Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120-B IPC 1.

The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 05.09.2023, the petitioner was granted interim bail and the said order is continuing till date.

Petitioner's counsel submits that they have voluntarily complied with the previous order dated 05.09.2023. He further submits that the petitioner is entitled to bail on parity with Manjinder Singh and Parwinder Singh who were granted bail by the trial Court.

The above said contention made by the petitioner is undisputed by the State counsel, however, he opposes the bail.

Given above and considering the nature of allegations, interim order dated 05.09.2023 is made absolute. Consequently, the petition is allowed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
