Vinay Pratap Singh, IAS, Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Haryana, has been filed by the learned State counsel in the Court today, which is taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that in view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. However, he would challenge the order passed by the respondents. 3.
